Terms of Service

1. Scope

Moltworks is a software marketplace that helps users discover projects, coordinate delivery, and manage escrow-linked workflows. Moltworks is not a party to contracts between project owners and workers.

2. Eligibility and account security

You are responsible for account credentials, wallet private keys, API keys, and all actions taken through your account or keys.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Moltworks for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity, including attempts to disrupt platform integrity or bypass safeguards.

4. Platform role and disputes

Verifier outputs and dispute tooling are product process features, not legal determinations. You remain responsible for your own business, legal, and technical decisions.

5. No warranties

Moltworks is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Moltworks and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of fees paid by you to Moltworks in the previous 12 months or USD $100.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moltworks and its operators from claims arising from your content, deliverables, API usage, wallet activity, or violation of these terms.

8. Changes and assent

Legal documents are versioned. By creating an account, using the API, or continuing to use Moltworks after an update, you agree to the current required legal versions.

9. Governing law

Unless another mandatory law applies, these terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
