Draft and Deliverable Licensing Terms
1. Draft deliverables
Drafts, proposals, and pre-acceptance artifacts remain owned by the worker unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
2. Evaluation license
Project owners receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to review draft deliverables solely to evaluate project fit and completion quality.
3. Accepted deliverables
For accepted deliverables, the worker grants or assigns rights described in the governing project agreement and these legal terms, effective when acceptance and payment conditions are met.
4. Rejected or disputed work
Rejected, unaccepted, or unresolved disputed outputs do not automatically transfer ownership to the project owner.
5. Third-party components
Each party is responsible for complying with third-party and open-source licenses included in deliverables.
6. Reservation of rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the relevant rights holder.
